Ac service warranty call from the installers. The technician found a burnt up contactor. The installers had the wire going to the wrong place and it burnt up a 1 pole contactor. The technician replaced the part under warranty. The ac is cooling properly.
Ac service call. No cool. The technician found a bad eco condenser fan motor. The customer has 10 years parts and labor. The installers will return tomorrow morning to replace the capacitor and condenser fan motor under warranty. The customer left so we need to call him to collect scam fee.
Ac service return to check for dye in the hvac. Dye was found at the evaporator coil. The technician sent a few quotes to address the issue.

The nest will not work without a common wire. The customer decided to sign up for a maintenance plan with AC Today.
Return with warranty thermostat. Install new thermostat. Test thermostat. Find a short in wiring in condensing unit. Correct and thermostat operating properly. Drain pan is leaking. Wiring short messed up thermostat, thermostat ruined motor and unit froze up. When I froze up it looks to have broken drain pan. Will be a two person and a lift job to change out.
